Becoming a Dealer

How do I become a Robitronic dealer?

Fill in the form on the "Become a Partner" page. We review your application including your VAT ID and usually activate your dealer account within 1–2 business days. You then receive your login for our B2B shop with your individual dealer prices.

What requirements does my business need to meet?

Robitronic supplies trade customers only – specialist retailers, hobby shops and online sellers with a registered business. Your own website or online shop helps us review your application. We cannot supply private individuals.

Do I need a VAT ID?

Dealers within the EU need a valid VAT ID, which we verify via the EU's official VIES system. Businesses outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, UK, Norway) do not need an EU VAT ID – simply select your country in the form.

How long does activation take?

Your dealer account is usually activated within 1–2 business days of your application.

Is there a minimum order value?

No. As a dealer you can order with no minimum order value.

Ordering & Shipping

How do I order as a dealer?

After activation you order conveniently in our B2B shop at shop.robitronic.com with your individual dealer prices. Alternatively, you can also send us your order by email.

Which countries does Robitronic ship to?

We supply dealers across Europe. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the destination country.

How quickly is my order shipped?

We ship daily from our warehouse in Vienna. Orders are processed quickly and delivered across Europe via reliable logistics partners.

Which payment methods are available?

Dealers pay by bank transfer/prepayment or conveniently by SEPA direct debit.

Where do I see dealer prices and availability?

You can see your individual dealer prices and current availability after logging in to our B2B shop.

For End Customers

Does Robitronic sell to private customers?

No. Robitronic is a pure B2B wholesaler and supplies specialist retailers only. As a private customer you can get our products from your RC specialist retailer or hobby shop.

Where can I buy products of your brands?

Products of the brands we distribute are available from RC specialist retailers and hobby shops across Europe.

I bought a product in a shop – who do I contact if there is a problem?

Please first contact the retailer where you bought the product. For returns as an end customer, our returns portal is available at return.robitronic.com.
