• You need to have well balanced racing experience including good results on at least national competition level. This should definitely include A-Finales at National Championships.
• You are able to work in a straightforward, goal-oriented manner.
• You know and UNDERSTAND how to practice the word LOYALTY.
• You know and UNDERSTAND how to practice the word TEAMWORK
• You are having still fun with our hobby & sport and you are able to transfer a “general good feeling” about it in a helpful manner to ALL competitors, spectators and teammates.

What is Robitronic doing for you…?

• We professionally support our Team in all aspects of racing RC-Cars within the hobby on a competition level.
• Robitronic Factory Team Drivers are able to purchase all Robitronic products at very attractive team conditions; always regarding to the up-to-date team drivers price list.

What does a Robitronic Factory Team Driver have to do…?

• Under all circumstances a Factory Team Driver has to represent and support the interests of Robitronic in all aspects and in a professional, friendly and constructive manner.
• Factory Team Drivers have to participate in national, international and Robitronic organized events on a regular base. In this sense “regular” means in average at least 1 to 2 times a month.
• National, international and Robitronic organized events have a higher priority than any other racing activity.
• Is a Factory Team Driver not able to fulfill the required event-participations due to serious reasons (health, school, study, business and serious family related reasons) he has to actively inform his team manager about his situation.
• MOST IMPORTANT: Every Factory Team Driver has to reflect in ALL his activities the professional, but also friendly and fun orientated image and philosophy of Robitronic.
• A Factory Team Driver has to exclusively use in all of his rc-car related activities Robitronic products and Robitronic products ONLY.
• The up-to-date team drivers’ price list includes all Robitronic products, which have to be used beyond exception by any Factory Team Driver.
• If there are segments where Robitronic does not have certain products in its own product-line, a Factory Team Driver has to consult his team manager ahead of any contacts and negotiations with other companies.
• With signing a team drivers contract a Factory Team Driver transfers all rights to Robitronic and the companies distributed by Robitronic to use his person, his results and all regarding information for publication, marketing and advertisement purposes. This includes pictures, written text and any other media. IMPORTANT: these rights are NOT ending automatically with the finalization of the team driver contract.
• A Factory Team Driver is not allowed to resell any new Robitronic products. The only exception to this is the helpful support of other competitors within an “emergency situation” during an event, when no other supply is possible – and only within comprehensible, reasonable limits.
• A Factory Team Driver has to represent Robitronic and the companies distributed by Robitronic in all his rc-car related activities according to the up-to-date instruction-sheet “Team Robitronic Representation”.
• A Factory Team Driver is not allowed to use any rc-product from other manufacturers than Robitronic and the companies distributed by Robitronic. Unless there are specific agreements with the Robitronic team management.
• A Factory Team Driver has to keep all details of his team driver contract, especially any price information, STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL.
